Martin Seligman talks about psychology - as a field of study and as it works one-on-one with each patient and each practitioner. As it moves beyond a focus on disease, what can modern psychology help us to become?

On a daily base I do small things to keep myself in a positive mood. In the last 3 years (since I discovered that we can live happy using positivity on a daily base) I noticed my life changed so much. I have friends complaining for small things and big things. Things like money, lifestyle, jobs, health and so on. Life can be so easy when you know what you really want from it and from you.

This is a subject that I will probably need to write a book to cover only the most important things. One quick advice: Do only things that makes you happy and try to laugh every day!

Ziua a doua la scoala de soferi. Am facut o plimbare pana in Magurele (am trecut pe la instructor acasa). Filmul se termina cu intoarcerea acasa prin parcul Sebastian din Sectorul 5. Am ramas impresionat sa vad cat de frumos arata.

P.S. Ca deobicei, intarzi la fiecare ora de scoala de soferi. Doar am ajuns acasa de la orele de Motor, nu am filmat nimic, am facut teorie si vreo 6-7 ture. O sa filmez data viitoare si va arat ce sofer (incepator) sunt!

Am decis ca este momentul unui blog nou. Vine o vreme cand ceva trebuie schimbat. Sunt adeptul conceptului de “NOU” si in permanenta trebuie sa schimb ceva. Nu imi plac lucrurile vechi… deloc!
Noul blog va avea o abordare total diferita. Recunosc deschis ca pana acum nu am folosit blogul ca unelta de marketing, va fi cu totul altfel incepand …de acum!
