Below are things every email marketer, or any person/company that is going to send a commercial email must go for the following email check list:

1. Is it going to just one person? (If yes, jump to #10)
2. Since it’s going to a group, have I thought about who is on my list?
3. Are they blind copied?
4. Did every person on the list really and truly opt in? Not like sort of, but really ask for it? So that means that if I didn’t send it to them, they’d complain about not getting it?
See #5. If they wouldn’t complain, take them off!
5. That means, for example, that sending bulk email to a list of bloggers just cause they have blogs is not okay.
Aside: the definition of permission marketing: Anticipated, personal and relevant messages delivered to people who actually want to get them. Nowhere does it say anything about you and your needs as a sender. Probably none of my business, but I’m just letting you know how I feel. (And how your prospects feel).
6. Is the email from a real person? If it is, will hitting reply get a note back to that person? (if not, change it please). Read the rest of this entry »

I’m so happy that I attended a 2 weeks long course for the Psychology of Human Intimacy by Mr. Bijan Saadatmand Ph. D. who is a Professor Emeritus of Psychology at James Madison University in USA (Mr. Bijan Saadatmand is also knows as: “Uncle Bijan” or “Dr. Love”).

On May 29, 2008 a test will be to verify the knowledge received from this course. I can say that after all this daily sessions I can see a bit different our behavior as humans. I recommend everyone to try to get more knowledge about Psychology of Human Intimacy. I won’t say much here as this guy brought a 200 pages paperbook to use on this seminar and this was only an outline of what he teach us on this course.

This template is released in two versions. The first allows you to run a normal directory, and the second allows you to run phpLD more like a blog. Below are two screenshots depicting each one. In order to use this theme, you will need to maintain a link back to this page. There are currently two links in the footer. The first is a link to PHP Link Directory. If you own the unbranded license for phpLD, you are free to remove this links. The second link is a link to this page. To remove this link, there is a fee of $35. If you have questions about link removal, feel free to ask about this in the PaperTrail Forum Thread. Support for this theme is limited.
